XON Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the XON platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.
2. Platform Purpose
XON is a Learning Intelligence platform designed to:
- Assess skills and learning preferences
- Deliver personalised learning pathways
- Support behavioural learning through AI coaching
- Provide analytics and insights on capability development
XON is not:
- A learning management system (LMS)
- A content marketplace
- A performance management or HR decision-making system
3. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Use the platform for legitimate learning and development purposes
- Not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to exploit the platform or AI systems
4. Organisational Use
Where XON is provided through an employer or organisation:
- Data access is governed by contractual agreements
- Reporting is typically provided at aggregated or authorised levels
- Individual learner dignity, confidentiality, and ethical use are core principles
5. Intellectual Property
All platform content, frameworks, AI systems, and proprietary methodologies (including Learning Chemistry™) are the intellectual property of XON unless otherwise agreed in writing. Users retain ownership of their original inputs.
6. Confidentiality
Both XON and its clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality over:
- Learning data
- Organisational materials
- Commercial and strategic information
7. Availability and Changes
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or enhance features to improve performance, security, or user experience.
8. Limitation of Liability
XON provides learning and development support tools. We are not liable for business, employment, or performance decisions made based on platform insights.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Where clients are based outside Australia, local legal and regulatory obligations will be respected as part of contractual agreements.
